Using the Cutting Guide, cut the Safe Shutter components required.

STEP #2:

Install 22220025 Style/Rail Bracket.

Install Style/Rail Brackets on both sides of Top and Bottom Rails.
After completely inserting Style/Rail Bracket into each end of Rails, secure Brackets with screws. It is recommended to pre-drill the holes.

STEP #3:

Assemble Rails into the Styles and Install Light Stops.

Align assembled Bracket with “T” portion of Style and slide into position.

Slide Rails into Styles until Bracket rests on the top of the Style. Secure Brackets with screws. For best results, pre-drill the holes for the screws.

Rails have preformed slots for Light Stop.
Insert Light Stop into Rail slots.

Slide the Light Stop into Rail slots until it is fully inserted.

#2: Slide opposite side of Louver up the Style until in snaps into the corresponding hole.
#3: Continue until all Louvers are installed in the Panel.

STEP #5:

Install Tilt Rail.

Tilt Rails come pre-assembled in 60” lengths.
The Connectors are spaced at 3.250” intervals for ready installation.

Note the following recommendations:

1. One Tilt Rail is required per Panel. Two can be used but not required.
2. Install the Tilt Rail on the back of the Panel. Tilt Rail can be installed on the front of the Panel but not required.

Determine the length of the Tilt Rail by counting the number of Louvers in the Panel being produced.

Make sure the Tilt Rail Post is positioned in the same direction on both sides of the Louver.

When cutting Tilt Rail, leave 0.500” from last Connector to insert End Cap.
Apply glue to End Cap

...and slide into the end of the Tilt Rail.

Position Tilt Rail Connector over Louver End Cap Post and snap into place.
End Cap Post and Tilt Rail Connector are designed to accept a screw

...for tensioning Louver rotation if necessary.
